CCECS invites you to “Cooking for A Good Cause,” bi-weekly cooking classes every other Wednesday, 5:00 – 7:00 pm, starting October 17, 2012, hosted by Nutrition and Food Science Pilot Plant.
Sessions have limited capacity, so book your place as soon as you can!
The sessions will be as follows:
October 17: Pizza Fiesta (Pizza Marina, Veggie Pizza, Semi Classic Pizza, Halawi and Nutella Pizza)
October 31: Fall Menu (Mira’s Fig Salad, Fish a la Folie with Zesty Thai Rice, Apple Crumble in Caramel’s Sauce)
November 14: Nothing but Tarts (A GREAT Variety of Salty and Sweet Tarts to integrate in any menu)
December 5: Christmas Menu Part 1 (Salmon Mousse, Meli Melo Salad, Beef Filet served with Sweet Potato Verrine)
December 19: Christmas Menu Part 2 (My Zesty Turkey, Ratatouille Baskests, Gingergread, Truffes au Chocolat)
